YK6011在使用時，不需要上水性UV底油，一次涂布在膠印油墨上即有附著力好、光澤高、耐磨性好，氣味低，白度好等優點，同時比普通轉移UV油減少了一道工序，減少了水性底油使用不當引起的麻煩。該產品主要由光固化樹脂，活性稀釋劑等組成，經紫外線照射可迅速固化成膜。廣泛應用于不同紙張，作為表面轉移上光之用。圖案轉移效果好

本產品符合玩具安全衛生，美國ASTM F963-03，歐盟EN71，ROHS標準，已通過“SGS”重金屬含量檢驗測試。

3. Suggested Use

1、輥涂施工，上油量視紙張品質而定。

2、紫外光強度最好保持大于75mj/cm2進行干燥。

3、加入少量IPA或醋酸乙酯等溶劑可調整施工粘度。

4、在使用6011之前，要清洗干凈油槽以及橡膠輥或陶瓷輥上的其它UV油，以免影響產品的使用性能。
